Meet The Team
Vince Morgan
President And Chief Executive Officer
Vince Morgan, our CEO, is a retired United States Marine with over twenty years of service as a Systems Chief, and currently holds a master’s degree in Information Systems with a graduate certificate in Cybersecurity with the University of Phoenix. Vince also spent the last fourteen years working for the US Army as an IT Specialist, managing and deploying computer and server systems at various data centers, and running and managing a cloud services company.
Today his team serves many different businesses in Greater Philadelphia and throughout all of Montgomery County. He enjoys building professional relationships with his clients and getting to know them more throughout their partnership. Vince believes it is this one-on-one relationship and personal service his company has with their clients that helps No Doozy IT stand out from its competitors.

Miriam Cinco
Operations and Marketing Coordinator
Miriam, our Operations and Marketing Coordinator, joined No Doozy IT with over twelve years of operational and marketing experience. Five of those years were specifically in the IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry. Originally from Cebu, Philippines, Miriam graduated from the University of Cebu with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology. She then began her career as an Executive Assistant and Project Team Lead primarily in the IT field. Later, while working for an MSP, she expanded her knowledge in the Managed IT Services field and became their Operations Coordinator, handling and managing both their operational and marketing tasks.
She is especially passionate and believes that “every human being follows a unique line of learning”. In her spare time, Miriam enjoys spending time with her family along with taking trips to the beach.

Network Operations Center (NOC)
Our NOC assigns our clients dedicated Help Desk pods of up to 8, level 2 technicians. This ensures that each of our clients only ever speak to the same team, one that knows and understands your business. This also allows our IT Executives and Consultants to focus on your Quarterly Technology Reviews and NIST CSF assessments, along with any projects you and your business may need. The helpdesk handles all of the support requests and issues that our clients may have. They also actively monitor their systems to ensure that they are properly patched and updated along with ensuring that all security risks are addressed on all of their devices and endpoints. Other areas that the NOC/Helpdesk provides to our clients are patch management, anti-virus, network support, automation and remediation, on-site support, and quarterly business reviews.
Our No Doozy IT Helpdesk believes that a good helpdesk should boost efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction giving you and your business peace of mind.

Physical Security Specialist
As you can see, Paulie is a very serious dog when it comes to security. With over 49 “dog” years of experience and his loud bark, he can always be counted on to ensure that any unwanted visitors are scared away. He is just as serious when it comes to play time and likes to make his rounds to each of our desks for the occasional biscuit.
In his spare time, Paulie loves to chew on his round chew toy every morning. And in the afternoon Paulie loves to go for runs though the back yard, but his favorite pastime is laying in his bed in front of the sliding glass door to soak up the afternoon sun.
